Worship

All are welcome!
We worship year round on Sunday morning at 9:00 am.

Additional worship during special times of the year include Advent Midweek evening prayer at the Upper Church on Wednesdays; Christmas Day and Christmas Eve worship; Lent midweek evening prayer at the Lower Church; Holy Week worship on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunrise.

After worship, we share fellowship with refreshments for adults and Sunday School education for children (3 years to 8th grade) from 10:00-11:00 am.

What to Expect in Worship:

Casual to business casual clothes (EKLC’s culture is “come as you are.”)
Friendly faces who want to help you find your way around.
Ages 2 days old to 100 years old (all ages!)
Liturgical worship with a variety of music.
People will leave their seats during “Passing of the Peace.” Be prepared! :)
Reading of Scripture and preaching on the same Scripture
Time for Children
PrayGround (space for young children) in the back of the sanctuary
Nursery in the lower level with speakers to listen in on worship
Accessibility and space for walkers and wheelchairs, including an elevator
Fellowship with refreshments after worship for adults; education for children (September through April)
